Using this facility will enable us to deal with your query in the most timely and efficient manner.

IMPORTANT: if your policy was formerly managed by Skandia International, Old Mutual International or Quilter International and the name of the policy type does NOT include Capital Account (ECA,MCA,MCB), Pension Account (EPA,MPA,MPB), Savings Account (ESA,MSA,MSB) or Executive Wealthbuilder Account (EWA), please go to our Wealth Interactive site to logon to your account or for assistance with online access.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, you may still gain access to your account without contacting the Heritage Administration Team. By using the link provided below and following the onscreen instructions, you can have a new password sent to your e-mail address immediately. This new password can be used once to login to your account with, and upon this first login you will be required to enter a new password which can be used for all future logins.
